This person will lead the execution of ARAG’s taxation initiatives and collaborate with individuals at all levels within the organization – including ARAG’s senior leadership team. Four years of tax experience in either public accounting or the insurance industry is preferred.

This person provides direct customer service to ARAG plan members and attorneys via the telephone. The ability to coordinate and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is required.   Standard weekly shifts are (3) 8:30-5 pm CT; (1) 7:00-3:30 CT; (1) 10:30-7:00 CT

Do you have a passion for product strategy? Do you have experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies? Have you developed and deployed new products? Do enjoy analyzing competitor intelligence and making recommendations for action?   ARAG is hiring a product analyst! This person will collaborate with the product manager to identify and manage the deployment, enhancement and maintenance of ARAG products. The ability to understand complex business issues and synthesize data from multiple sources is required. Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills are also required.
