ARAG is hiring a Network Recruitment Associate! This person will identify legal professionals on a national scale to attract and acquire attorneys to the ARAG network. The ability to manage a recruitment pipeline and priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works with Network Development Team to address network needs and recruitment strategies in relation to network composition and services.
  • Assists in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective prospect sourcing strategies. Partners with Marketing to create engagement campaigns and manage communication between ARAG and prospect attorneys.
  • Conducts cold calls and sends e-mail marketing campaigns to generate a pipeline of attorneys for the network.
  • Attends legal industry events, establishes contacts in the legal industry, and develops and nurtures those relationships.  Secures speaking opportunities and presents at legal conferences and events.  Develops and maintains a network of contacts which will assist in identifying and sourcing qualified leads.
  • Attends tradeshows and develops and maintains strong relationships with attorneys, community and professional organizations, and other team members to create partnerships.
  • Provides education of ARAG legal plans and fee schedule, and ensures qualifications of each attorney brought on to the network meets ARAG compliance standards.
  • Uncovers and overcomes objections and promotes the benefits of network participation.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on other network benefits, fees and processes. 
  • Maintains industry knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing networks and participating in professional associations.
  • Participates in departmental strategic initiatives which positively impact the provider network.
  • Manages and maintains external vendor relationships and order materials for conferences.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual recruiting analysis.
  • Serves as a positive role model by representing the ARAG Values.

Qualifications

Education

  • Four-year college degree in business, marketing or communications from an accredited college or university or related work-experience.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of account management, marketing, recruiting or sales preferred.  Experience with leads content management software required.  Previous high volume recruitment experience preferred.  Insurance industry experience preferred.

Physical
